Loved staying at this place, felt like a home away from home. The staff was so helpful and the rooms were spacious and well-equipped. Plus, I had the luxury of a private balcony and access to great amenities.

Oh, just a small detail. I didn't like the fact that I had to steer clear of a drenched wet floor in my room.

i had an excellent experience here, everything was perfect, the location was favourable close to a tram stop for easy transport options, city and southbank, and cafes and tram.

We booked a studio apartment, it was compact with modern design.

The rooms were functional with very effective aircon and the beds were exceptionally comfortable. The service was excellent during all my great stay.

quest was a pleasant surprise during our wedding celebration in melbourne. the stylish room had all we needed, including great coffee. the modern building, accommodating staff, and convenient tram stop location made our stay enjoyable.

Great way to end our weekend. Great hotel, brilliant base for 1 night in Melbourne. Marvellous location to a public gallery. 10 minutes' walk to the bus stop. Understanding staff, reasonably spacious and delightful rooms with drying facilities and pullout sofa, as example.

Very steamy bathroom.

We had a fantastic stay at this place. The location was great - situated on a busy road but surprisingly quiet with no noise from down below. The massive bed in our very cosy apartment was a bit tricky to navigate, but oh so comfortable. We also enjoyed the range of amenities provided, from the soundproofed rooms to the well-equipped kitchen and the free toiletries in the bathroom. The staff was friendly and accommodating, offering services like room service, dry cleaning, and even grocery shopping. It was truly a luxurious experience, and we felt like all our needs were met.

We would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area.

We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, just a short walk away from the stunning beach and right near a tram stop, making it easy for us to explore the city. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always going above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. The room was spacious and beautifully clean, with a comfortable bed and pillows that provided us with a restful night's sleep. We were pleasantly surprised by the well-equipped kitchenette, which even had a Nespresso coffee machine for that extra touch of luxury.

Families will have a fantastic time at this hotel.

The Accessible Two Bedroom Apartment at Quest St Kilda Road was amazing! The rooms were spacious, and the beds were super comfortable. I loved that the Smart TVs in the bedrooms had plenty of channels to choose from. The accessibility features in the apartment made me feel right at home. The bathroom was well-appointed with great amenities and a hairdryer. The apartment had a seating area and a flat-screen TV, making it a cozy and enjoyable space.

Personally, I wasn't a fan of the Milk & Co bathroom amenities.

Convenient location next to a tram stop and a beautiful park across the street. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. There was a great cafe two doors up and everything we needed for our stay was within reach.

Nothing that I didn't like.

The location was perfect as it was close to a tram stop, beach, and park. Our room was clean and had a great range of crockery, cutlery, and cooking items like pots. The staff went above and beyond by offering local tips to make the most of our visit.

The toilet roll holder was oddly placed which made it difficult to use.
